14hib Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. By registering an account on 14hib, you are considered to have accepted all of these terms.

Introduction and Applicability

About These Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") applies to the use of the 14hib platform and all of its services. 14hib is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

When you create an account on 14hib, access the platform, or use any of its services, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

14hib reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

Eligibility and Age Requirements

User Eligibility

To use 14hib's services, you must meet the following requirements:

  • You must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
  • You must operate the account in your own name and for yourself — operating an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
  • You must ensure that online gaming is not legally prohibited in the area from which you are accessing the platform.
  • You must not be a user previously banned by 14hib.
  • You must be able to conduct transactions through a valid and active payment account.
Important: Providing false information about your age is a serious violation. 14hib may request identity documents for age verification at any time.

Account Registration and Management

Creating an Account

Each user may create only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, it will be considered a violation of platform rules, and all associated accounts may be closed and their balances forfeited.

  • All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
  • It is the user's responsibility to keep all account login details completely confidential.
  • If any account information changes, 14hib support must be notified immediately.
  • Transferring, selling, or allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

14hib reserves the right to verify a user's identity as needed to ensure safe and transparent gaming. Identity verification may be mandatory before processing a withdrawal request or in the case of any suspicious activity.

A National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence may be requested for verification. 14hib reserves the right to restrict account activity until verification is complete.

Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

Deposits

The following rules apply when depositing funds into 14hib:

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
  • Use only a payment account registered in your own name.
  • Depositing via a third-party payment account is prohibited — such transactions may be cancelled.
  • Avoid betting with credit cards or borrowed funds.

Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
  • Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
  • Withdrawal funds will be returned only to the payment account used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
  • Withdrawals may be restricted until active bonus wagering requirements are met.
  • 14hib reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in the case of any suspicious activity.
Note: 14hib will not be held responsible for delays caused by the bank or payment operator.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

14hib offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To claim this bonus, it must be activated at the time of the first deposit.

  • Bonus wagering requirement: 25x — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before withdrawal.
  • It is not possible to withdraw bonus funds without completing the wagering requirement.
  • Any winnings from a bonus are also subject to the above conditions before withdrawal.
  • Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.

General Bonus Policy

  • Each promotion may have its own terms and conditions, which apply separately.
  • If bonus abuse or system manipulation is proven, the associated account will be closed.
  • 14hib reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
  • Bonuses may only be used for personal entertainment purposes — not for commercial purposes.
  • VIP members will receive weekly cashback benefits based on their tier (Bronze through Diamond — see the VIP section for details).

Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

Fair Play Policy

14hib is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games are operated using SSL encryption and verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Results are completely impartial and not predetermined.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure if violated:

  • Exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Using automated bots, scripts, or AI-based software.
  • Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses or engage in match betting.
  • Money laundering or conducting suspicious financial activities.
  • Placing bets on behalf of other users or being part of a professional syndicate.
  • Hacking, phishing, or any other cybercriminal activity.
  • Registering or operating an account with false information.
Warning: If prohibited activity is proven, the account balance will be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.

VIP Program and Rewards

VIP Tiers

The 14hib VIP Program has 5 tiers in total. The weekly cashback rate differs for each tier:

  • Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
  • Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
  • Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Your tier advances based on your gaming activity. The benefits and conditions of each tier are set by 14hib and are subject to change.

Responsible Gaming

Responsible Gaming Commitment

14hib places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe gaming is an entertainment activity — not a source of financial stress. Play within your limits and do not bet with money needed for everyday expenses.

  • You can set your own deposit limits on your account at your own initiative.
  • Contact the support team to access a temporary break (cooling-off) or self-exclusion.
  • If you feel gaming is having a negative impact on your daily life, take a break immediately.
  • Access to the platform by minors (under 21 years of age) is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property and Copyright

Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on the 14hib website — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the intellectual property of 14hib or its licensed partners.

  • Reproducing, distributing, or using any content for commercial purposes without written permission from 14hib is prohibited.
  • Reverse engineering the code or content of the game software and interface is prohibited.
  • Limited use of information for personal and non-commercial purposes is permitted.

Limitation of Liability

Platform Liability

14hib will not be held liable for the following:

  • Any loss or bet cancellation caused by internet disconnection.
  • Transaction failures caused by issues with the user's own device.
  • Delays or failures in third-party payment processing.
  • Game interruptions resulting from unexpected technical errors.
  • Loss caused by the user's own negligence or lack of security.

Service Interruptions

14hib reserves the right to temporarily suspend services for routine maintenance or unforeseen reasons. 14hib will not be liable for any financial loss incurred during such interruptions. However, we always strive to ensure continuity of service.

Account Closure and Termination

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting us via 24/7 live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Please withdraw any existing balance before closing your account — the balance of a closed account may be forfeited after a set period.

Account Closure by 14hib

14hib reserves the right to close any account for the following reasons:

  • Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
  • Providing false or incomplete information.
  • Fraudulent or system-abusing activities.
  • Money laundering or suspicious financial activities.
  • Non-cooperation with identity verification.

In such cases, bonus funds will be forfeited; the original deposit amount may be refunded depending on the circumstances.

Dispute Resolution & Applicable Law

Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a complaint about any matter, please first contact our support team via 24/7 live chat or email. We will make every effort to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.

If the matter is not resolved within 30 days of the date the complaint was filed, both parties will attempt to resolve the dispute through mutual agreement via mediation.

Interpretation of Terms

If any clause of these terms and conditions is unclear or disputed, 14hib's interpretation will be considered final. If any clause is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.

The Bengali version of these terms and conditions is the authoritative version. In the event of a conflict with any translation, the Bengali version will prevail.
